Welcome to VouchBox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VouchBox platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by VouchBox ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
VouchBox provides a review management platform that allows you to aggregate, monitor, and respond to customer reviews across multiple Third-Party Platforms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same business.
Ownership. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of your reviews, business information, or any content you submit.
License to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Aggregated data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data that does not personally identify you or your business for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement. We will not distribute such data in a manner that identifies you.
The Service includes AI Features that generate content such as review reply drafts, review summaries, and email rewrites. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before using or publishing it. You should disclose your use of AI-generated content to your customers where required by applicable law.
No training on your data. We do not use your Customer Data or Review Data to train AI models. AI Features are powered by third-party AI providers, and we ensure these providers do not use your data for model training.
The Service retrieves Review Data from Third-Party Platforms using their public data and APIs. We do not control Third-Party Platforms and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or any changes they make that may affect the Service.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any Third-Party Platform you connect to through VouchBox. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any Third-Party Platform.
You agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you are engaging in prohibited review practices.

Free plan. The free plan provides limited access to the Service at no charge. We may modify the features available on the free plan at any time.
Premium plan. The premium plan is available with monthly or annual billing at the rates displayed at the time of subscription. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method you provide.
Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
By you. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Data after cancellation. Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your data by contacting us within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your Customer Data. Review Data sourced from Third-Party Platforms is not exportable as it remains the property of those platforms.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by VouchBox and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Review Data will be complete, accurate, or current. Third-Party Platform availability and data accuracy are outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOUCHBOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOUCHBOX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VouchBox, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
